Overview
The Rail Grinder RCG-C65 is a fully upgraded intelligent copying machine based on the proven NGM-6.3 II platform. It features a CNC feed unit that enables precise, automated control of grinding depth and path—eliminating human error and protecting rails from “over-grinding.”
Powered by an imported Honda GX270 U2 gasoline engine (6.3 kW), it delivers consistent performance for restoring rail profiles on mainlines. The machine efficiently removes weld irregularities, rolling burrs, surface defects, and corrugation wear on 60–65 kg/m rails.
With a grinding wheel stroke of 59 mm, profile track of 1010 mm, and feed accuracy of ±0.01–0.5 mm, the RCG-C65 ensures high precision in national railway maintenance. Its robust design and intelligent control make it ideal for professional crews demanding asset protection and operational efficiency.
